Dinner can be accompanied by a delicious "Jugetsudo" tea, whisky, Japanese sake or a glass of wine. The atmosphere is cool, somewhere between New York and Tokyo, in a Nippon dream.

For each DOKI DOKI, Rodolphe Albert has designed a different setting that reflects the DOKI DOKI codes: a poured concrete bar, characteristic wooden seating, Japanese paper lights floating like clouds, organic spaces with soft lighting, dressed in wood, giving way to the star of the show, the HANDROLL.
