What is a hand roll?
HANDROLL, N.M.
A Japanese dish. Temaki rolled by hand by the chef right in front of you: crispy nori seaweed, warm, vinegared Japanese short-grain rice, topped with ultra-fresh raw fish or a vegetarian filling. Enjoy immediately, while the nori is still crispy.
At DOKI DOKI, each hand roll is carefully crafted right at the bar, right before your eyes.
